Burning 800MB of Data

I have got a blank CD of 90mins/800MB, but when i record data on it using sonic record now! it shows free space of only 702MB. How do i record 750 MB or more data on it?

You can't.
It is only 702mb. 800mb is an aproximate figure, and companys like to round it down a bit.

To burn an 800mb CD you need to change the maximum overburn value in the program's options. In Nero this is in File > Preferences > Expert Options > Enable Overburn. Don't know about Sonic Record Now's settings. I would recommend sticking to 700mb CDs as the 800mb ones are less reliable and the burned CD may not work in other drives.

Is there any reason why you need to burn more than 700mb to a single CD? It might be better to use 2 CDs or a DVD.
