CD RW/DVD won't read CDs
I have a GCC-4243N CD RW/DVD ROM. It will still read DVDs, but it no longer recognizes any type of CD. I have tried reinstalling the drivers, to no avail. Any other suggestions?

Hello and welcom to TSF.
You could try a CD lens cleaner. That was the problem with my old dvd drive not reading DVDs.
