Two part question

Does anyone make a cd-r over 700mb? If not, I need to know a way to make a video cd fit on a regular 700 mb cd-r. The video I wanted to put on it at first was 698mb but then it encoded which made it 750 mb.

Thanks,
Abe

Both Nero and Roxio have an 'overburn' option, which allows you to burn to a little extra space on the disc. However, I'm not positive if it can go as high as 50MB.
My suggestion would be to compress the file slightly. Virtual Dub Mod is a free program and can compress a video file for you.

I downloaded virtual dub mod and when I went to compress the video file it said that it was the wrong format. I also tried the overburn on nero and the most it would do is about 5 min. Does anyone know of a free program the can convert .avi to .iso? Every program that I found that converts will only do 300 mb.

Thanks,
Abe
