Need Help - Burn CD from Dos

Is it possible to burn a cd from pure dos?

Say, I had booted from Windows 98 Boot Disk & want to burn a cd. The search ended in software called CDRWin. But don't know how to use it. Need detailed help. How to load drivers for CDRWin in dos. (Not in a Win XP or other Windows Operating Systems, but pure dos)

Please provide details. Thanks in advance.
