Dvd/cd Rom Not Recognized

After installing sp2, my to removable drives show up in device manager with a yellow sign by them. I found the applicable drivers in the secret system32 file. I'm a bit leery to go further. Now what?

I would suggest you go to the manufature website and download the most current drivers. Then go to the device manager and unistall the drivers. Then reboot your machine and reinstall the drivers using the one you downloaded.

in the device manager uninstall the drives
reboot and windows will reinstall
