Sony DRU-710A cd/dvd drive doesn't read a particular cd
my sony DRU-710A cd/dvd drive doesn't read a motorola phone tools cd, it asks for a cd to be placed in the drive. the same drive reads other cd's ok. what can I do to rectify this problem?

Yes, try the CD on another drive, and if that doesnt work, try it on another computer. Could be the disk.
