Exclamation Help regarding RAM Upgrade !(urgent)

I have a compaq presario notebook 2199US (falls under the 2100 notebook seres).

Specs:
Microprocessor Mobile AMD Athlon XP-M processor 2800+ (2.133 GHz)
Microprocessor Cache 512 KB L2 Cache

Memory 512 MB DDR SDRAM (2 x 256 MB) at 266 MHz
Memory Max 1024 MB DDR SDRAM (2 x 512 MB)

Video Graphics ATI MOBILITY RADEON 4X AGP and 3D architecture 64 MB
More info here

As said above i have 2 RAM's of 256 MB (200 pin) and now im upgrading to max possible i.e. 1 GB
Now i have some questions like,

Which ram to go for ?
PC2100 OR PC2700 ?
266 Mhz OR 333 Mhz ?
Will my Laptop accept the 333 Mhz one..?
and most immportantly 2 x 512 MB or 1 x 1 GB ?

will a single 1 GB RAM work??

Please i need help urgently..

Re: Help regarding RAM Upgrade !(urgent)

Maximum per slot is 512, so to have 1gig you'll need 2 sticks.
Pc2700 333 is what you want> http://www.crucial.com/store/listpar...02100%20Series
