Desktop freezing/restarting by itself

Greetings!

Firstly, my greatest appreciation for your attention and time to look upon my PC problem, it's trully touching, you guys are awesome! Also my apologies for my computer ignorance..

My Desktop has been stable for around 2 years, which was when my brother changed a few hardware and replaced the fan inside the tower, it's very silent, but I'm not sure it keeps my PC cool enough.

About 2 weeks ago, my PC froze, for the first time in those 2 years, while I was having a few applications opened, including World of Warcraft.
A few days ago, I left my PC on all day and all night, when I woke up, the PC was frozen again. During that day it froze several times, specially when under stress (For the record however, it froze on BIOS too though).
I've let it alone for a couple of days and I'm able to turn it on peacefully, I don't want to stress it until I figure out what the problem is.

Here are my computer specs:

Motherboard: Asus P5VD2-MX
Chipset: VIA P4M890
Processor: Intel Pentium XE 820 @ 2800GHz
Physical Memory: 1024 MB (2 x 512 DDR2-SDRAM)
Video Card: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon X300 Series
Hard Disk: Maxtor (82 GB)
OS: Windows XP Pro SP2
And here's my temperatures and voltages as idle(Not taken exactly at the same time):

SIW:

PC Wizard 2008:

Mainboard temp goes as high as 65ºC under stress for a while however.

I did ran a Memtest (Not the 86+ because I don't have a floppy or CD burner disks) and my PC froze after 50%ish memory usage, and mainboard temp was at 60ºC.

I was told my DIMM voltage(s) are way off than what they should be at, but could it be it's just a reading problem? Do the other voltages seem fine? I have no idea if my brother configured this to overclock or not. Or could it be a Power Supply problem? If so, how can I be sure?

Let me know if I can provide any additional info. I'd like to figure out the problem with the forum help.

Re: Desktop freezing/restarting by itself

Your Voltages are too low. What Brand & Model is the PSU? If you don't know, you can remove the side of the case and there will be a label on the PSU with the info.

I believe (First part of the label is covered by metal and I don't know how to take off completly, but there's only one followed by "50EB-101 A") it's a Chieftec GPS-350EB-101 A: http://www.chieftec.com/smart-power.html

Re: Desktop freezing/restarting by itself

Software voltage measurement can be quite inaccurate, check in your bios for the temperatures and voltages listed there and post them here. Some of the voltages listed above are way out of the atx spec, for example the +12volts showing as 11.07 in pc wizard. Spec would be 11.4-12.6 volts, but video issues can start at 11.7 or so. If you have, or can borrow a digital multimeter, you can test the voltages. That gives the most accurate numbers that you can get.
Test your power supply with a multi meter
