[SOLVED] Recommended power supply?

I was hoping can help me out and give me a recommended power supply for these computer specs.

Processor: AMD Phenom 9500 Quad-Core 2.20 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
MotherBoard: ASUS M3N78 PRO
Graphics Card: Geforce 9600 GT
PCI Slot: Wireless Adapter
CD Drive: Basic CD/DVD Rom Drive
Hard Drive: Seagate 500 GB Barracuda
Fans: 2 120 mm Fans

Some 9600GT's require 300W and some 400W.
A Seasonic or Corsair 650W would cover you.
