Sony Vaio power supply upgrade
i want to upgrade my powersupply for my sony vaio vgc-ra842g and if you know sony you know my problem at a min. i want 500w but better if 850 upgrading video card but i will not sli so 500 should be more than enough

Your computer appears to be standard mATX, so luckily you can upgrade using standard components. The Pentium D will be a bit of a bottleneck for a high-end graphics card, so I'd say don't bother getting anything stronger than a GeForce 8600GT/9500GT/GT220 or Radeon 3850/4650.
