OCZ Reaper PC8500 Settings

The OCZ reaper memory i have (pc8500) comes default at DDR2 800, and I want it at DDR2 1066...I kno the timing i want is 5-5-5-18, first I would like to know how i enter this? I know where...but I feel like the numbers there are not in the same order, so what does each of those numbers relate to? I know the voltage should be 2.1v changing this I dont have a problem with. Lastly I know where to change these speed settings...but the inputs are things like 200/800, 200/667 etc. When i change those it changes a target DRAM speed but I can't get it to say 1066.

Thanks for any help/advice. (I'm new to this stuff so go easy on me) lol
