Buying a new power supply

Alright so my video card needs a minimum of 450W for it to run and I only have a 400W PSU.

A member on my video card thread suggested this:

I'm planning to buy it, but I need to know if my computer can support it first.

Here's my motherboard:

My specs:
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz
Memory: 4gb of ram
Hard Drive space: 500gb total, ~325 free space
OS: Windows Vista 64-bit
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GTS 250

I just want to know what I need to know before buying a PSU. I don't want to risk it not working after receiving it.

Yes that will work with a G31 board and almost all others.
You can't overpower a setup because it will only use what it needs.

The 750W Corsair is on special for the same price as the 650.
