Ive downloaded both programs SIW and the PC Wizard, and both of them point out the my memory speed is 400Mhz, although when i type in the part number in manufacturer's site (given in the both of the programs), the memory speed which is mentioned there is 800Mhz. (***?) I want to upgrade my computer by buying an exact copy of my memory cards. and for that i need to know the exact name of this exact card. how do I do that!?

are you sure thats the memory speed and not the fsb speed?

is your ram compatible?

If you are reading correctly and you are using DDR2 RAM
DDR2 RAM is double pumped - 2 X 400MHz=800MHz.
Install CPUZ, tick the "Memory" tab, look at "DRAM Frequency", multiply that by 2.
