Ram
Ive downloaded both programs SIW and the PC Wizard, and both of them point out the my memory speed is 400Mhz, although when i type in the part number in manufacturer's site (given in the both of the programs), the memory speed which is mentioned there is 800Mhz. (***?) I want to upgrade my computer by buying an exact copy of my memory cards. and for that i need to know the exact name of this exact card. how do I do that!?

Re: Ram
If you are reading correctly and you are using DDR2 RAM
DDR2 RAM is double pumped - 2 X 400MHz=800MHz. Install CPUZ, tick the "Memory" tab, look at "DRAM Frequency", multiply that by 2. CPUZ: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
