PowerEdge 860 Power Supply
I'd like to know if there is a universal power supply that will work in a Dell PowerEdge 860 Server.
Thanks! Kristopher Kingman, Arizona |

Re: PowerEdge 860 Power Supply
There won't be a universal one. 1U server PSU's are pretty proprietary and change model to model. But your lucky that they look to be pretty cheap to buy and not a few hundred dollars for one like most server PSU's are.

Re: PowerEdge 860 Power Supply
Thanks for the reply!
Dell wants $119 for the 860's PS so I was hoping to trim off some cost, but turns out the server was still under warranty and the reseller shipped a new PS out today! |
