Hello
Download SIW from my signature, open it and choose "Sensors" under "Hardware"
check the temperatures
play Halo 2 for about 15 mins, minimize the game and recheck the temps again
please post both temperatures states (when Idle and when under Stress)

let me just add that your power supply is very weak and crap for your Geforce 9800 GT
you need a good quality power the supply like the Corsair 650 W

Re: NEED HELP WITH HALO 2 GFWL!! anyone plz..?

your CPU is overheating a lot!
94C is way over the normal temps
you need to replace the thermal paste and get a good CPU fan
also make sure to clean your CPU fan from the dust using a can of compressed air
it's good that your PC is shutting down, the CPU is shutting it down, to prevent any CPU damage

yer i know, i though it was sorta a good thing too. for it to be shutting, down...
at the moment i have a 20" Desk fan sitting next to my open case blowing directly into my CPU... Lets see if that makes a difference...

what do u mean replace the thermal paste? i clean all my fans regularly (every week). so its pretty clean. any suggestions on what sort of fan to get? (Brand, hw big?)

Re: NEED HELP WITH HALO 2 GFWL!! anyone plz..?

Replacing the Thermal paste actually involves removing the fan and the heatsink in order to expose the CPU and is quite a tricky job.
Here is a good guide on replacing the thermal paste.
