PSU and Video card

Hi
I have an older computer I want to upgrade. It is a fujitsu seimens scaleop.The mother board is p5gd1-fm. Cpu is a pentium 4 3.0. The video card is a sapphire radeon x300 se 128mb. I have 2.5 gig of ram.
A friend has just given me a Sapphire radeon x1950 pro 512mb. The power supply on my comp is only 350 watt and I cant see a pcie 6 pin cable. Am I correct in assuming that I need a new PSU for this card? and would this suffice?
550W Corsair VX550W Power Supply - CMPSU-550VXUK

FSP350-60THA-P
