Computer not starting after shutdown.

I was doing nothing more than browsing the web after I went to a friends house to LAN..hadn't been hooked up and live for more than 5-10 minutes and my computer just up and shuts off. I tried restarting it, and the power light comes on for a second and then goes back off. It never seems as if the computer actually starts. I felt my power supply and it seemed abnormally hot..but then again, I don't feel my power supply very often to be able to tell.

Specs:
Windows XP media center
700Watt OCZ Technology Stealth Xtreme Power Supply.
3g of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9800GTX+ video card.
AMD Athlon 64 6000+ CPU

I haven't had the PSU, CPU or GFX card for a year yet.

Re: Computer not starting after shutdown.

I have tried a different power cord. Same thing happened.
