Re: Computer wont turn on.. help

What are your system specs?

Motherboard
CPU
RAM
Graphics card
Power supply

Just because the motherboard light is on does not mean that the PSU is in full working order, that the PSU is powerful enough, or that the motherboard is working. It just means that there is a functioning circuit between your PSU and the motherboard LED.

Did you connect the platform connectors between your case's front panel and the motherboard?

Re: Computer wont turn on.. help

the motherboard is a SOYO KT600 Dragon Plus V1.0
i do not know what kind of cpu it is because i can not remove the heat synch on top of it.
the graphics card is a radeon. version is unknown to me
it has a ultra PSU. would that be the problem?
i think it may be the power butten on the front because one of his sons broke it and he fixed it the best he could. so thats what im thinking is the problem.
