RAM limit

Hi all,

I have a server with a 24GB of RAM attached to it, but it can only see 8GB. Does anyone have the same issue like this? Please help me. Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, the server can now see the 24GB RAM, We just reinsert te memory sticks :D.
