which is better the SeaSonic S12 550W or the Corsair 650TW
Which is better for a computer that will have
AMD Althon X2 3.0ghz (Dual Core) (for Right now i have the AMD Althon X2 2.0ghz Dual) ATi Radeon HD 4850 (will Crossfire soon) 160gb HDD DVD RoM 16x reader G.Skill 2gb Dual Channel and 2 to 4 Fans in my Case so yea what do you guys think? Both are good quality PSU's.... Seasonic make Corsair.
The 4850 requires a 450W minimum PSU so you will need to be 650W or above. If you go w/dual cards (not a good investment) you will need more.

okay i'm going with the Corsair anyway since it has more watts and it has a single rail supply so yea and later once i do get crossfire i'll go with a 1000watt

The 650W is what yo need for power. Single rail/multirail is apples and oranges.
If you don't have the parts yet, get a better graphics card and PSU now. Dual GPU's involve more money for very little improvement, not near enough to justify the extra expense, in performance.

The 4850 should manage all of those games very well, and the Corsair power supply is a good choice for powering it.
