crucial, kingston or corsair ram upgrade?

Hi I have 4 x 500MB PC2-4300 (266MHz according to PCUz) in a dell dimension 9150
My system is slow.
The Crucial site recommends CT834465 (DDR2-PC2-6400) or
CT482733 (DDR2-PC2-5300).
I don't intend to overclock (I don't know how to).
I can also get these RAMS for similar prices
Crucial CT2KIT12864AA800
Kingston KVR800D2N5K2/2G
Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400
Can you advise please?

As for Crucial, which will suit my Dell Dimension 9150 the most?

The CT2KIT12864AA667 (PC2-5300 CL5) or the CT2KIT12864AA800 (PC2-6400 CL6)?

and

is CT2KIT12864AA667 identical to the CT482733, since the longer named version is cheaper on another site

It will only run at 667 speeds so get the PC2 5300.
