Different RAM

So it turns out I've accidentally been running DDR2 675 RAM in DDR2 800 slots on my mobo. Might that be why none of my games are working, and my video card is messed up? I mean, BIOS beeps once and everything boots fine, but everything's slower than before and I'm getting video card errors (and I just upgraded my computer).

The slower RAM should not affect the function of the PC or your graphics.
Posting your PC specs might help.

CPU - AMD Phenom 9600 Quadcore
RAM - Corsair 2GB DDR2 675 (2 sticks)
Motherboard - JetWay JHA06-GT-LF AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G ATX AMD
Graphics - Onboard motherboard graphics: Radeon HD 3200
HDD - Western Digital 7200 RPM 120gb
PSU - Sunbeam PSU-HUSH680-US-BL 680W ATX 12V 2.0

So the RAM probably isnt the problem?
I tested the motherboard outside of the case and Im getting the same issues, so I dont think its shorting out.
