[SOLVED] Just one quick question.

I have 4 gigs of ram.

slot 1- 2048mb
slot 2- 512mb
slot 3- 1024mb
slot 4- 512mb

I was wondering if it would be better(faster, better performance) if i bought 2x2gig memory, so it looked more like

slot 1- 2048mb
slot 3- 2048mb

Re: Just one quick question.

One more little question. I have xp 32 bit and I know that it can only hold up to 4 gigs or ram, but if i were to put say 8 gigs in my system, would all the memory work? or would it use 4 gigs?
