Fans start, computer doesn't boot farther

Hi! Just yesterday this exact same problem happened with my computer. I followed all the steps with the ram graphics motherboard and processor. cleant my entire system changed my power supply made sure everything was placed correctly and still my computer doesn't start up. I'd know if it were the ram because it would make a beep sound. Is there anything i can do to solve the problem. Help would be much appreciated.
