RAM Compatibility with mobo

Hi, I'm fairly inexperienced when it comes to computers and what goes with what, so sorry if this is a stupid question..
I've been trying to figure out which RAM is compatible with the two motherboards I've been looking at.
The motherboards are:
The "ASUS P5Q Turbo LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX"
and
The "GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX"

I think the following RAM is compatible with both, but I'm not quite sure..
> Model: OCZ OCZ2P8004GK; Type: 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM
> Model: G.Skill F2-6400CL4D-4GBHK; 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM
> Model: G.Skill F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ; 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM

And, if these are all compatible, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could recommend the best out of those three.

I use Asus Mobo's and Corsair-OZC-G.Skill-Patriot-Mushkin all work.
The Mobo manufacturer has RAM compatibility charts for their Mobo's but they are usually pretty sketchy.

Use the ram manufacturers configuration utility that way at least it's guaranteed returnable> Corsair , Crucial , OCZ
