FSB:DRAM ratio, want to upgrade RAM

I want to upgrade to 800MHz (PC2 6400) RAM from my current 667MHz 5300 RAM. Right now my FSB:DRAM ratio is set at 6:10, with FSB at 199.5MHz and DRAM at 332.6 MHz.

PC2 6400 actually runs at 200MHz, right? So then it would be synchronous with my FSB, right?

DDR2 (Double Data Rate) bus speeds are half the rating of the ram so 800 runs at 400
Does your motherboard support PC6400?
