Dell Desktop Powers Off and On
I have a Dell Dimension E521 that powers down and then on at random times on it's own. I have replaced the heat sink and the power supply but it still does it. It seems to be pretty random too. I don't get an error log since windows XP shuts down normally. I have to unplug the box to make it stop powering up and down!

Go in to the bios setup menu and report what the bios lists the temperatures and voltages as. Post them here.
