I blew up my computer, please help.

Hey so,

My PC has a primary and slave HD. Today I unplugged the secondary drive while the computer was still running (I know, dumb). The computer had just booted and hadn't loaded vista yet. Then the power kicked off. I unplugged the scsi cable on the drive and hit the power, but now the computer won't boot up. I don't think I fried the power supply because the green light on the motherboard turns on when I plug it in. The power indicator on the computer will flicker orange for a second when I hit the button but then go off again.

Not really sure where to start to isolate the problem.

you may have blown the 12v line
see if you can borrow another psu to try in it
