Memory dump shutdown and restart

I have a Toshiba M15-S405 Satellite Pro runnning Win XP, I started to get a memory dump and then the computer restarted automatically. I was able to use the laptop for a few hours and then this just kept happening faster and faster, now it runs in Windows for like 10 minutes before it restarts. I tried reinstalling the OS but didnt help? Is this a RAM problem?

If reinstalling the OS (with the Toshiba disks) didn't help, then it's a hardware issue.

Try running a bootable memory diagnostic ( http://usasma.vox.com/library/post/b...agnostics.html )

If that passes, then try the bootable hard drive diagnostic ( http://usasma.vox.com/library/post/b...agnostics.html )
