Toshiba ram

Hello,
I have installed two 1GB modules in my M50 laptop, and now nothing works.
All I get is a blank screen and a whistling noise.
How can I get into th BIOS on this machine?
Regards,
Sanyi

Re: Toshiba ram

Hi,

Did you ensure that the memory was compatible with your motherboard before you installed them? If you didn't, there's a good chance you have purchased the wrong RAM for your motherboard. What motherboard do you have and which RAM did you purchase?

Regards.

Re: Toshiba ram

Look on Crucial's site at the RAM configurator for the correct RAM.
Or contact Toshiba.
