system just shuts down(gets off abruptly)..

hello guys..

heres wat i know.. from past 2 months my windows XP SP2 just shuts down or get off immediately.. wen i m playing a game or using a browser after some few minutes it just gets off..m not playing a huge game or something, just some small game.. or gets off even if m playing a small flash game in browser also..
first i tot it was HDD problem.. i diagnosed with seatools, found nothing.. one i thing i observed is tat when i just leave my utorrent for Downloading it doesnt gets off .. or if i do some small things in my comp it doesnt gets off..
i googled abu this problem, found many ppl complaining abu similar n the prob was overheating itseems.. pls guys put some light on it.. help me..

my PC config..
AMD athelon X2 64bit
2GB RAM
160GB(SATA)40GB(ATA)
