Dell won't turn on

Just got a dell inspiron530 yesterday. Got it up and runnin worked fine. But now the thing just won't turn on. Have changed plugs and everything? please help

and welcome to the Forum

When you press the power button, can you hear fans running? . . There should be four diagnostic lights on the back of the tower . . what color are they when you try to start?

I be taking it back to wal-mart. It just sucks bc my other computer mother board went out and had trouble with getting all my I-tunes back and just got em all back..now gotta do it all again.but thanks alot

In the meantime, I'd check the voltages at your power plugs . . and think about getting a Uninterupteble Power Supply to stabilize the current to the pc.
