Do i need new psu?
Hello!
i got a fairly average computer, and im wondering how powerful psu should i buy. The conf. of system is CPU: AMD athlon 64 x2 4400+ 2.5GHZ Memory :3GB ram (2 a-data sticks both 800mhz, 1 is 1GB and 2nd is 2GB) MOBO: ECS C51GM-M GFX: Nvidia 9500GT top edition HDD1: 200GB samsung SATAII hdd HDD2: 40GB maxtor ata Optical reader: 1x cd/dvd reader/writer Cooling: 2x Led (8*8) fans 1x extra fan (12*12) Thermaltake cpu cooling fan. and its all running from an 350W Codegen power supply unit. The voltages are : Vcore : 1.10V 3.3V - 1.87V 5V - 5V 12V - 5.89v So how powerful psu should i buy ? if its even needed. i was thinking of getting: http://pood.mikromaailm.ee/index.php...emart&Itemid=1 or http://pood.mikromaailm.ee/index.php...emart&Itemid=1 or http://arvutikeskus.ee/index.php?pid...ok&lookid=2001 The case is low/mid tower so if cables are sleeved it would be very good ! |

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...page=2&bop=And You may have to shop around a bit, The FSP unit is probably the best of what I saw in the links you posted. |

Re: Do i need new psu?
That would be really bad but I don't believe they are correct the pc would not run if the 12v was 5.89v, a Codegen 350w is about as bad as they get for quality PSU's though, did you get those readings through the Bios or by using a program like speed fan?
