Voltages
Do these voltages seem correct? Recently I upgraded my GPU and added 2 fans and wanted to know if my power supply can still handle everything.
Vcore1: 1.14 Vcore2: 3.28V +5: 4.84 +12: 12.03 -12:-16.97 -5: -8.78 +5: 4.92 Vbat: 3.20 Thanks in advance. |

What Card did you add and what Power supply do you have?
Are the readings from when the card is loaded or Idle? What program are you using to get the readings, the -12 is a bad reading and the 5v readings are different the first getting to the low side of spec the second ok. |

Thanks for the reply. My specs are too the left. A gtx260 and a Antec True Power trio 650watt. (19amps on 3 12v rails). This is idle. I am using speedfan.
And I forgot to mention, the power supply calculator recommended a 438watt psu. Last edited by John88Z; 04-12-2009 at 10:25 AM. |

with the 260 you need to be up here
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...corsair%2b750w when you put temps up put them in C not F the high temp will be not be relevant the rest are normal

Corsair's are all quiet. I have the 750TX and I can't hear it over the other fans, and the entire setup is quiet, lots of fans, all on low.

that was the zeus psu i had that went and caused over a $1000 damage throughout the house
the corsair in comparison is like the sound of a helicopter overhead and a feather dropping
