Artifacts driving me crazy help plz!!!

I know for sure that it's not the video card, I tried 3 different video cards Geforce 7900, Radeon HD 4550, and Radeon HD 5830, AND i even switched the RAM today and it still didn't fix the problem

even the technicians don't know wth is going on...help please

btw its not small dots, like the other people's problems mine are full blown lines ripping through the screens

I would start by trying a Quality 550w power supply, see if you can borrow one from a friend maybe.
