no boot
I seem to be having a similar issue.
System: ASUS P5N32-E SLI 2x 8800GT Antec 650W PSU WD 160GB SATA WinXP sp3 Out of the blue my system won't boot. I do hear the post beep, but no image on screen. Assuming it is the video card(s) I would eventually hear the Windows boot sound, but nothing comes and a simply tap of the front panel power button shuts it all down immediately. I have removed the HDD and put into enclosure to test on another PC, works fine. I have replaced the MOBO battery. I have swapped the positions of the video cards and removed SLI jumper, same problem. It's a pretty new PSU, but verified all connections, same deal. All fans run properly, LED on MOBO is lit and as I mentioned I hear the post beep. I am at a loss. Thanks in advance for any help |

Re: no boot
set it up out of the case on a piece of cardboard with
cpu video ram speaker monitor and see if you get post check you have the correct amount of standoffs no more no less that they line up with the holes in the m/board usually 9 try it with only 1 video card in at a time check the aux power plug is securely plugged in if the screen comes up check the i/o panel is securely attached to the back of the case and put it back into the case in that basic configuration and see if you are still getting the screen
