Ram upgrade question
I have recently upgraded most of my old computer, and I am using the removed parts to rebuild a friends. I have a AMD64 dual core proccesor, an asus m2r32mvp motherboard, and a NVIDIA 9400gt video card. I can use 4 x DIMM, max. 8GB, DDR2 800/667/533, ECC and non-ECC, un-buffered memory.
I have installed 4g of DDR2 667 ram, and the guy I am building the computer for offered to buy me faster ram. Ise there any noticable reason to bother with the upgrade to 800? |
