Anyone hear buzzing from Silencer 500 power supply?

Hey,
so I just got the PC power and cooling silencer 500 power supply. It as this really annoying buzzing that is louder than the fans on my computer. It almost sounds like it could have been a lightweight sound of a hard drive working hard but its defiantly coming from the power supply. It also seems that its not coming from its fan (I stopped the fan and still heard it)

oddly the sounds sometimes stops during the brief time of maximizing and minimizing a window in windows.

has anyone experienced this buzzing from any of these silencer models? im thinking of sending it back, but I wanna make sure not all of them do this if im going to have that much down time without a computer.

Is it tight in the case, they are usually very quiet.

yeah it's screwed in there tightly

I actually just got in touch with their tech support and found out that apparently a few of them that were built on the day mine was built have that issue with some computer builds where they make the buzzing noise.

they are going to replace it... which is awesome. but the downtime for the rma is going to suuck.
