Upgrading ram = crash

Please help me stabilize my computer.

Just bought two G.Skill PC2 5400 DDR2 1024MB CL 4-4-4-12 1.8V (F2-5400PHU2-2GBLA)
Until now I have been using two OCZ PC2 5400 DDR2 512MB CL 4-4-4-8 1.8V (OCZ2667512ELGE)

Now if I put in all 4 sticks of ram, the computer crashes within minutes. If I put in any 3 sticks of ram, the computer crashes either in around 30 minutes or if I'm using some high memory programs/games. Also if I only put the 2 new rams (G.Skill) it crashes in about 30 minutes too. The computer does not crash with the 2 old rams (OCZ).

My motherboard is ECS 945P-A rev. 1.1 with Intel Pentium 4 3.20GHz and I use Windows XP.

Re: Upgrading ram = crash

Have you tried putting the RAMs according to the color coded banks on the motherboard. For example old RAM in one type of color bank and the new type in another color bank

Re: Upgrading ram = crash

I've tried putting the rams both according to color code and not. They both crash after a while if I have my new ram in.
