[SOLVED] Ram Probs
i just brought a new stick of ram a 2gb ddr2 so now i am running the 2gb and a 512 stick so the puter should read 2.5 gb of ram its only reading 1.5 gb of ram i have a 512 3d video card not sared with ram can any one tell me why this is happ please RON:

Hi,
Welcome to TSF. Some motherboards, especially older ones only allow so much RAM per socket. What mother board do you have? How much RAM is indicated by the BIOS? Please list your system specs. Paul
