Question faulty power supply? +0.01V(+2.5V)

Sensor Properties:
Sensor Type VIA 686 Internal (ISA 6000h)

Temperatures:
Motherboard 23 °C (73 °F)
CPU 24 °C (75 °F)
Aux 25 °C (77 °F)
WDC WD800JB-00JJA0 37 °C (99 °F)

Voltage Values:
CPU Core 1.69 V
+2.5 V 0.01 V
+3.3 V 3.07 V
+5 V 4.68 V
+12 V 12.23 V
Debug Info F 6C 00
Debug Info T 85 84 80
Debug Info V 8E 00 C1 BD CC

I read my GF's computer which restarts whenever she accesses the internet mostly(always she sais). That +2.5 value seem way off and i'm asking if that's what's wrong with her PC to be sure(in need of a new PSU).

Re: faulty power supply? +0.01V(+2.5V)

The psu has 3 different voltage rails 3.3v, 5v, 12v If this pc has DDR ram then that reading is the ram voltage and most likely an erroneous reading.
What Brand and Model PC is it?
Check in the Bios to see what it is reporting for temps and voltages.

Re: faulty power supply? +0.01V(+2.5V)

That PC has an AMD Athlon processor at 850Mhz, the motherboard is quite old also, i'll take the exact specs in weekend when i'll test with a new network card.

It has all 3 RAM slots occupied, should i test taking out one ram card at a time to see if it has faulty RAM?
