[SOLVED] computer not reconizing 8 gigz

hello everyone,
ive had 8 gigz of ram running for a little while, but randomly when i tried to boot iw ould only get black screen,and got a new mobo, psu, and all that jaz, but it now boots with 6 gigs in, but when the last 2 gig stick gets put in it wont put, how can this be fixed?

What OS, motherboard, CPU, Ram and PSU do you have?

sorry for the stupid thread, fixed, i was jumping the gun and didnt test all sticks first
