[SOLVED] Freezes During Videos and Games

I have been having problems with my brand new computer for the past week or so, I have random crashes when I play video or games.
I have:
- reinstalled video drivers
- reinstalled Vista
- took my pc off of my UPS
- checked all connections externally and internaly
- reseated my graphics card
- used system restore
... And now for the specs
OS: 64-Bit Vista Home Premium
MOBO: Asus Striker II Extreme
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 @ 3.00GHz
RAM: 4GB (2x2GB) OCZ DDR3 Gold
PSU: 1000 Watt Corsair
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 280
Driver: 7.15.11.8048
HDD'S:
1TB Seagate
500GB Western Digital
300GB WD Raptor
32GB SSD [only the OS is on here]
I also ran PC Probe befor a crash an took down some numbers
- This was during a video btw
Vcore: 1.14 V
+12V: 11.90v
+5V: 4.97v
+3.3V: 3.28v
NB: 1.31V
SB: 1.49v
CPU VTT: 1.10V
CPU PLL: 1.52V
Memory: 1.65V (Ive seen this go over 1.76 before and it flashed warnings at me
DDR3 Term: .82V (Seen this top .880v and gotten warnings to.
CPU: 22c
MB: 29c

WHATS WRONG!
The computer simply completely locks up have to hold the button down to get back in...
Please help.

check the voltage range of your ram
check if the bios is set to auto detect it and what voltage it is set to in the bios

Under Over Voltage its set its set to auto
As is everything else there, except Load Line Calibration is disabled (If that means anything)
The memory is running at 1.62 in the bios.

Found an interesting post on new egg.
Continuously froze computer, causing me to believe either a defective mobo or RAM. Increased voltage to 1.8v after reading reviews online (my mistake), been stable since. Does NOT run in 1600 as stated, but 1333. Information of product needs to reflect this. It WILL NOT be stable unless either your motherboard is stock 1.8v or you manually set it.

Changed MEM voltage from Auto --> 1.80 No freezes!
