New Ram Just Beeps

I have a Sony Vaio PCV - RX651 and i just bought 2 Centon 512MB DDR DIMM, 184 PIN. When i boot the computer it just goes in a repeated endless loop the box from the ram says its compatible with pc-2100

Have you updated the Bios?

nvm i figured it out every website i went to on how to install ram was saying be extra careful and dont force it in... well i had to force mine in but the worked fine running 1024mb of ram now time to update the cpu
