Power up, immediate shut down...
I recently replace the fan on my thinkpad t42p because it had burned out. Computer worked fine before the fan died. Now when I try and power up, all lights come on and fan starts for about a second before everything shuts down. It does this repeatedly. I have taken the fan out a few times to make sure it is in properly, but have the same problem every time. Any suggestions?
