spare memory slots left?

Hi guys,

Here is screen shot of my AIDA32 page...I just want to know:

how many spare RAM slots I have left?
how do I know increase my memory as in what MB size slot do I get?

I am also confused as I am certain when I first bought this PC I had 256MB and then purchase an extra 256MB but this says I have 446MB

Sorry I can't copy my sceenshot on here so will have to write it:

IT SAYS THIS:

Physical Memory
Total 446MB
Used 319MB
Free 127MB
Utilisation 71%

underneath that it says:

Swopspace
Total 1030MB
Used 332MB
Free 698 MB
Utilisation 32%

There is no way to tell from that info, What brand and model is your pc?

If you have onboard video the missing ram maybe dedicated to the video.

i have a packard bell pc with an intel celeron processor

Look around the case see if you can find a model number.

Download an program called CPU-Z and look at the memory details , it will say how many slots are used and how many are left. =)
