memory test failed
Dear Sir,
I have a old machine in running condition. Config- ram32mb, hd80gb, mb with card processor OS- win98SE I recently opened the hd and loaded win2000 in another machine. After reinstalling the hd the machine was unable to find the primary & seconday slave, and subsequently the memory test failed. The mb attaches the hd & cdrom with a single pata cable. So, is the ram not sufficient for the win2000 to run properly?? |

Re: memory test failed
when you load windows onto a hard drive on another machine
then move the drive over when it cannot find the m/board it was installed on it stops dead in it's tracks
