Is there any reason this RAM might not be compatible with my MOBO?

I still consider myself a newb to hardware. I've installed RAM before, as well as other computer components, but I'm not experienced with troubleshooting. My slots are for ddr2-dimm, but that RAM doesn't say "DIMM" anywhere in the name or specifications. Is this a problem? Thanks in advance for any answers.

No. The memory should be ok for the brd.
