Will this set up of memory be efficient for a Dell Latitude D800 Laptop?

Ok, So I'm upgrading, and rather than buying and then complaining, I figure Id complain first to save me some trouble. Here is the memory I am trying to put in my laptop: G.SKILL 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Laptop Memory Model F2-5300CL4S-1GBSA - Retail

I have dell d800, 1.5 mghz intel processor, and currently have two sticks of 256 ram in there.

I understand that PC2 5300 has something to do with your mghz? Is this right? If any Ram gurus can help out, that'd be awesome. Thanks guys.

DDR SDRAM - 2700 is what you are going to need... I have a whole sales team using these puppy's and just had to upgrade the ram on all of them...

Wow, ddr is so much more expensive than ddr2. Looks like I'm just going to wait until next year to buy a whole new laptop.
