Insufficient Power Supply?
I upgraded my processor, gpu, ram, and motherboard lately and have encountered an unexpected problem. With everything connected I get a very loud piercing scream-like sound but cannot pinpoint the location precisely. However when I downgrade back to my old gpu it goes away. Is this because my power supply is too weak? If so does anyone have any recommendations?

Hello SkylanceFS and welcome to TSF...
Could be PSU... For how long you have this one??? Also, since with your old graphic card your PC works fine, could you maybe hook your new graphic card to some other PC and check what will happen??? If on other PC new graphic card is running fine, then you should consider buying new PSU... But would be nice also if you can borrow more powerful PSU and try it on your PC with new graphic card...
